BLACK History Month Wales will host one of its major launch events in Aberystwyth for the first time.
Cambrian News reported “Co-ordinated by Race Council Cymru, the event is a collaboration between them, Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn and Aberystwyth University Students’ Union, with support from Aber Fund.
Taking place in the main hall of the Students’ Union on Penglais Campus, there’s a warm welcome for all to join in with a day of celebrations of the contributions made by people of African descent in Wales.

An exhibition of art and craft will be featured throughout the day, and a delicious lunch of pan-African food will be provided by Swansea-based Twale Cuisine.
